We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic team member in the field of immunotherapy of hematological malignancies.



MSc or PhD degree in protein engineering or life sciences

Prior laboratory experience in relevant experimental work:

  • Protein expression of various antigens and antibodies in multiple expression systems (e.g. mammalian, E. coli, yeast, insect)
  • Protein purification utilizing variety of methods (e.g. affinity, ion-exchange, hydrophobic, size-exclusion chromatography)
  • Characterization of proteins (e.g. SDS-page, Western blotting, SPR)

Proactive and self-organized workstyle

High accuracy and reliability

Solid written and oral communication skills in English and German


Additional qualifications


Tissue culture experience, experience with primary immune cells (mouse and human)

Multicolor FACS, cell sorting, ELISA

Professional experience in pharmaceutical industry

Lab management experience



Independently plan and perform protein production and characterization experiments with strong attention to detail and documentation

Support in processing of primary human and mouse material

Involved in organization and management of the laboratory to ensure smooth workflows in the lab (ordering, preparing reagents, and ensuring functionality of equipment)

Establishing, updating and improving SOPs (standard operating procedures)


For this position we offer a competitive salary of EUR 2.500 (x14 per year) with readiness to overpayment in case of outstanding qualifications, skills and experience.
